Refund Policy

Pairity is sold by subscription under an Order Form and Master Subscription Agreement. This policy explains when fees are refundable. If your signed agreement with us says something different, the signed agreement controls.

Subscription fees are billed in advance for the period stated on your Order Form and are non-refundable once the period begins, except as described below. Cancelling mid-period stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the remainder of the current period.

You are entitled to a pro-rata refund of prepaid, unused fees if:

• you terminate your agreement because we materially breached it and failed to cure the breach within the cure period in your agreement;
• we terminate your agreement for convenience; or
• we discontinue the platform or a material capability you are paying for during your subscription period.

“Pro-rata” means the portion of the prepaid fee attributable to the unused remainder of the subscription period, measured from the effective date of termination.

One-time implementation, onboarding, or data-migration fees cover work we perform for your organization. They are refundable in full if you cancel before that work begins, and non-refundable once the work has been substantially performed. If you cancel mid-way, we will refund the portion attributable to work not yet performed.

If we bill you incorrectly — a wrong amount, a duplicate charge, or a charge after a properly noticed cancellation — tell us and we will correct it and refund the difference in full. Please flag suspected billing errors within sixty (60) days of the invoice date so we can investigate while records are fresh.

Subscriptions renew as described in your agreement. To avoid being charged for a renewal you do not want, give notice of non-renewal before the renewal date, following the notice period in your agreement. If you miss the window and contact us promptly after a renewal charge, we will work with you in good faith.

Email info@pairityaba.com with your organization name, the invoice or charge in question, and the reason for the request. We respond to refund requests within ten (10) business days, and approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Whether or not a refund applies, you can export your data for thirty (30) days after your subscription ends, as described in the Data Processing Addendum.
