Yes. Pairity is built HIPAA-first: it runs on HIPAA-eligible AWS infrastructure under a signed Business Associate Agreement, encrypts data in transit and at rest, and limits access by role with audit logging. We sign BAAs with our customers.
Only transactional messages — onboarding invitations, reminders, and account notifications — and only to people your administrators add. No marketing, no bulk email. Addresses that bounce or mark a message as spam are automatically suppressed.
Independent BCBAs through multi-location ABA organizations. If the operational side of your practice — staffing, auths, coverage, travel — has outgrown spreadsheets and disconnected tools, Pairity is built for you.
