Privacy Policy

Pairity (“we,” “us”) provides a system of record for applied behavior analysis (ABA) organizations — scheduling, client records, authorizations, hiring and onboarding, and billing. This policy describes what information we handle, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we handle

We handle two kinds of information:

How we use it

We use information in the platform solely to provide the service to the customer organization that entered it: scheduling, records, authorizations, onboarding workflows, billing, notifications, and record-keeping. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use customer data for advertising.

Email

The platform sends only transactional email — onboarding invitations and reminders, account and status notifications, and e-signature requests. These messages go to people whose email addresses were provided by their own organization's administrators, such as newly hired staff. We do not send marketing or bulk email.

Every message identifies the organization it was sent on behalf of. If you believe you received a message in error, or want to stop receiving messages, contact us at info@pairityaba.com or ask the organization that added you — we honor both routes, and we automatically suppress addresses that bounce or mark our mail as spam.

Health information

When we process protected health information for a customer, we do so as a business associate under HIPAA, governed by a Business Associate Agreement with that customer. The platform runs on HIPAA-eligible Amazon Web Services infrastructure under a signed Business Associate Agreement with AWS.

Security

We protect information with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging, and infrastructure isolation. Access to customer data within Pairity is limited to what is needed to operate and support the service.

Retention

We retain customer data for as long as the customer's agreement with us requires, and delete or return it when the agreement ends, subject to legal retention obligations.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the platform (such as cloud hosting and email delivery providers), under contracts that limit their use of it, or when required by law. We do not share customer data with third parties for their own purposes.

Your choices

If your information is in the platform because an organization you work with entered it, that organization controls the record — contact them to access, correct, or delete it, and we will support their request. For anything else, contact us directly.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and revise the date above.
